The Darkest House has heard you. It has seen you. It has longed to enter our world—and your worlds. And now it will.
Congratulations, and thank you, for making the Darkest House a reality! We are now funded, so The Darkest House will now be made—and delivered to you in May. (If you’re backing for The Devoured Halls, that portion will be delivered a little later.)
But the Darkest House is also known as the House that Hungers, and its hunger cannot be satisfied in a few short hours. Over the next seventeen days the house wishes to grow. To expand. To become larger, stronger, and more frightening.
It hates you, but it wants your help. It needs you.
The house will grow. It will add several more rooms. The Devoured Halls will grow as well, adding at least one additional room. This will happen when the campaign reaches $65,000.
This will not be the end. The house will grow again, and again. It will add new features. It will become even more frightening. It will gain news ways to challenge those who enter it—and, for those who emerge, to strengthen their bonds, their backstories, their ideals, their loves, and their enmities.
